The Megalodon can be found far, far out in the lake, but can be lured back to the shore. In some of the test rooms, sharks can slide up onto land and block your entrance into the room! They have been seen to beach themselves and sometimes slide around on the beach similar to penguins in an attempt to eat the player or other frogs. If you like Frogs, balloons, guns, knives, baseball bats and dynamite and methane then you are good to go. If you came for sharks come back in a week or so.

This is one of the main reasons this update is currently only available on the public beta. When riding a boat or other watercraft, sometimes they can be seen tailing the player from the bottom of the lake where they spawn, or bunched up at the back of the watercraft as they all try to bite the player at once. Aquatic life will make its way back into Amazing Frog in due corse. Sharks will relentlessly swim after the player or after any NPC frogs no matter how far away. The Red Megalodon is a rarer version of the Megalodon which is tinted very red and its underbelly is white and it has black eyes. The next update will be a major update to Remastered(V2) where we hope to push more of the original legacy content and new content after which another big update will come to Beta(V3).The Megalodon is a larger sized shark with the same characteristics as the normal sharks. Right now, we are in a stronger position to say what's coming up more so than we have been for years. Now is probably not the time to do so and it might serve better to write a separate development blog.
